It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to ensure that each member of senior management is held accountable to shareholders, customers and employees and to the communities in which the company operates.
The mandates and charters of the Company's Board of Directors and its committees are reviewed and revised regularly to ensure George Weston’s policies and practices represent best practices in governance and disclosure.
